This policy explains what information Blue Valley Restoration collects when you visit our website, send our evaluation request form or call us, and what we do with it. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain language.
Who we are

Blue Valley Restoration is operated by Quality Restoration Services LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Blue Valley Restoration and Quality Restoration Services LLC.

Information we collect
Information you send through our form
When you use our “Request a free evaluation” form, we receive:
- Your first name
- Your phone number
- What happened (the option you choose, such as a burst pipe or water heater leak)
- Any additional details you type in (optional)
- Your email address, if you choose to give it (optional)
- The page of our website you sent the form from
The form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts our website. Netlify also records basic technical details with each form entry, such as your IP address and browser type, and screens entries for spam. The form includes a hidden field that people never see; it helps filter out automated spam.
Information from calls
When you call us, we see the number you’re calling from, and you may tell us things like your name, your address and what happened in your home so we can help and schedule a visit. If you ask us to help with an insurance claim, you may also share details such as your insurance company, claim number and adjuster’s contact information.
For some visitors, especially people who arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown on this site is replaced with a Google forwarding number. Calls to that number are routed to us through Google, and Google reports call details to us in our Google Ads account, such as when the call happened, how long it lasted and the caller’s area code. This tells us which ads lead to calls.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit:
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors found us (for example, through a search or an ad), how long they stay, the type of device and browser used, and general location such as city.
- Google Ads. We use the Google Ads tag to measure how well our ads work. It records “conversions,” such as when someone who clicked one of our ads sends our form or taps one of our phone numbers, and it works with the call tracking described above. The Google Ads tag can also let Google show our ads to people who have visited this site when they use other Google services or websites (Google calls this remarketing).
- Server logs. Netlify automatically receives standard information whenever a browser requests a page, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We don’t use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technologies to do this. See Cookies and your choices below.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Call you back and respond to your request
- Schedule and carry out evaluations and the work you ask us to do
- Help document your water damage for your insurance claim, when you ask us to
- Run our advertising and measure which ads lead to calls and form requests
- Understand how people use the site so we can improve it
- Keep the site and form working properly and filter out spam
How we share information
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this website, mainly Netlify (website hosting and our form) and Google (analytics, advertising and call tracking). They process information for us as described in this policy and under their own privacy policies.
- Your insurance company or adjuster. Only when you ask us to help with your claim. In that case we may share information about you, your home and the damage, along with photos, moisture readings and other job records.
- Legal requirements. If we believe we are required to by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site doesn’t set cookies of its own. The cookies used here come from Google Analytics and Google Ads (for example, cookies named _ga and _gcl_au), which help Google count visits and connect ad clicks to calls and form requests.
You can limit or turn off this tracking:
- Google ad personalization: visit Google Ads Settings to manage or turn off personalized ads from Google.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop you from reading the site, calling us or using the form.
For more on how Google uses information from websites like ours, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
How long we keep information
We keep form entries and information from calls for as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you, do the work you ask for and keep normal business records, such as job, billing and insurance documentation, or to meet legal requirements. Google and Netlify keep the analytics, advertising and log data they collect according to their own retention settings and policies.
How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, and we rely on established providers to host the site and handle form and analytics data. Still, no website, internet connection or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be accessed or disclosed without permission. Please don’t include sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, in the form.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for adults dealing with water damage in their homes. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile, weather and news sites, and government and insurance resources. We don’t control those sites, and this policy doesn’t cover them. Please review their privacy policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
